Marie Lepore was a member of the International Organization of Women Pilots - "the Ninety-Nines" since 1945.
She was a charter member of the Eastern New England Chapter of the 99's in 1962
Mrs. Lepore flew in many cross country air races, and was co-chairman of the 1960 AWNEAR - the All Women New England Air Race and was coordinator of the 1973 AWNEAR.
